Orders paid for before 4.30pm will be shipped same-day. Items will be sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery or TNT depending on size and weight. We also offer a collection service from one of our four branches located in Hetton, Carlisle, Stockton and Normanton.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% handling fee. Any postage and packaging costs are non-refundable. If you have signed for goods that are damaged, we are not liable to give you a refund.
