All my WiFi products are now on the Internet without being 3G. Brilliant.
Picked mine up cheap on Ebay. Original battery was dated 09 and could not hold any charge. Managed to pick up a couple of spare batteries from Amazon (Originals which hold charge well) for £2 each including postage! I use it in a very poor telephone area (Lake District) BUT by siting it quite high the signal it recieves can be sent at least 30 feet. The ipad and Laptop work fine on it simultaneously. Bought a 12 month 1gb pay as you go Sim card (3g) Not even come close to using a monthly allowance. Leave it switched on 24/7 and it did not use a GB in a month. (Facebook, Ebay, Emails, Moshi Monsters and browsing...) The red signal light means no provider found. When it is a steady red it is a poor signal. I found the red signal quite acceptable. When it goes amber or green in towns it is outstanding. Pleased would be an understatement. Buy one.

Almost perfect
Had them fitted at my parents home with rechargable batteris for a couple of Months. (A pair) Both have flashed day and night and look very convincing from a few meters away. The quick release catch to the battery compartment would be better replaced with a screw as a the catch is not something you would see on a real camera. Bottom line is they look good, flash and clearly recharge the batteries even in Winter/Spring.
