History/background
We have now been trading on Ebay for nearly 3 years, but our family have been in the clothing business for over 30 years. We specialise in current high street fashions being sold through the major chainstores. All clothing is brand new and in the case of chainstore garments, the tags have been removed by manufacturer to prevent them being returned to store.

Payment policy
We Accept Paypal, Postal Orders, and currently ship to the UK and Europe. In the case of Auctions, please pay within 5 days.

Delivery information
All orders will be posted First Class Recorded Delivery (UK Only) and normally within 24hrs of receiving the order (Monday to Friday). I would expect you to receive the goods within 3-4 working days, but please bare in mind we are in the hands of the royal mail. We currently ship to the UK and Europe

Auction Items Returns Policy
Auction Items...I am happy to exchange a garment to another size if available, providing goods are returned within 7 days, unworn and in original condition with tags still attached. It is advisable that you return any goods by Recorded Delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Please Email before returning goods to ensure replacement size is available. Please also note there will be a further charge made for the P&P of the replacement item.
