Simply return the item to us within 7 days, unused in its original condition with all original packaging intact along with your packing slip. When we receive it back we will arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the p&p charge).For hygiene and safety reasons we do not refund or exchange on cosmetics or hosiery if the pack has been opened, any earrings, or underwear and swimwear.
