Welders and battery boosters are heavy items. We ship using specialist 24 hour couriers and our welders are delivered on a pallet to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. This means that our postage costs may seem high in comparision to sellers with free P&P on their items, when really the P&P is hidden in the cost of the item itself. If you are comparing postage costs, please make sure you enquire about how the item is sent to you, and compare the total cost of both item and postage, not just the item!

Returns are accepted within 14 days if your product is unwanted as long as you return the item unused and in it's original packagaing, however you will need to pay your own return postage costs. We offer a 12 month back to base warranty on this product. If it breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item for you free of charge. You will be responsible for paying the cost of postage to our depot and arranging collection from our depot.

We take great care to pack your item carefully so it reaches you in mint condition. We ship from our warehouse three days a week, and delivery from ship date normally takes 48 hours. We use leading business carriers to ship to you but we request that you carefully check your package before accepting delivery. If your package is damaged in any way, please refuse the item and contact us on 01954 263 173. We will ship to the whole of the UK, Ireland and most of Europe. Our listed postage cost is for standard UK addresses only - if you live outside of the UK, or are unsure if you have a standard UK address, please contact us for a quote. If you prefer, you can collect your item from our depot in Cambridge. Although we try to keep our prices low, our goods are exceptionally well built, and therefore can be heavy, and this is relected in the carriage costs.
