my games are quality stuff ( yes theyre MY games ,its not a business ,its a one man band run in my spare time ) AS SUCH , my games leave here as well protected as id like to recieve them - i never use USED packageing -i buy specialised packaging to ensure your stuff goes properly protected and ill double wrap it if necessary - if ive got the stuff - ill change broken cases too -if i find them - .................. your stuff is invividually hand packed ,protected ,addressed ,stamped and posted almost exclusively within 24 hours of payment . and at reasonable rates too ILL DOUBLE wrap if its deemed necessary

I check items prior to posting - if for some strange reason it is broke when it arrives - i'll replace it - if its lost and you insured it ,ill replace or refund you less post costs (as i dont get that back from royal mail EITHER ) INCOMPATIBILITY is not a reason for return - there are thousands of diferent types of PC ,i cant test for every configuration . returns accepted for the above reasons within 7 days of reciept -but email first as i MAY be of some assistance to get it going
