History/background
I have been involved in the cycle trade from a very young age. I am experienced in all kinds of bicycle repairs. I specialise in the restoration of Sturmey Archer hub gears and bicycle and motorcycle wheels.

Payment policy
Paypal is preferred for posted items, cheque is also accepted but I am unable to send the goods until the cheque has cleared. For goods collected from my premises I would usually expect payment in cash.

Delivery information
I aim to dispatch all goods the next working day after cleared payment is received. However, occasionally this is not possible, so please allow me 3 working days for dispatch.

Return policy
When you buy from me you can buy with confidence. Providing you let me know within 7 days of receiving the item you may return it in the condition received for a full refund. If you are returning the item because it is faulty I will refund the return postage. This does not apply to items collected from me, as you will be able to inspect the item before you take it away.
