I run a company supplying and fitting made-to-measure soft furnishings and window blinds. Ebay is still quite a new aspect of the business and I'm still finding my way around. I always go out of my way to help, and I have time & patience for everyone

I started selling on Ebay whilst running a successful soft furnishings business supplying made-to-measure blinds and curtains - it seemed like a natural progression. The business is still evolving and the Ebay side is growing, while a new sub-branch is being created in the shape of a separate website - more on this later. After nine years in this business I can usually offer advice on any aspect of measuring or installing blinds and curtains, and I'm always happy to help - just ask!

Paypal, credit cards, debit cards, cheques

P&P charges are set per item based on estimated actual postage cost, packaging (padded envelopes, bubble wrap, labels etc) and occasionally a small admin element to cover time for packing and going to the PO. Sometimes my estimate is a little over, sometimes it's under - I don't sweat over this!

Made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as ordered. Other items can be returned for a refund on prior arrangement.
