Tracking information indicated that this item was despatched & shipped quickly, however after arriving in the UK the domestic carrier was less efficient & the package was lost. The seller maintained good communication throughout & tried to locate the item, unfortunately to no avail. Although the seller was also a victim of the loss they did not quibble and I received a full refund. I consider this to be a reputable seller & would buy from them again with confidence.
