Arrived in a timely manner. Will require more modifications to a Spitfire 454 than I'm willing to do. It was not listed as being compatible. My bad. The pack also is one cell short and on this radio will not work as well. I'll keep it for something else down the road.

I'd never heard of the Spitfire 454 before! ... Searching the 'net, it looks to be very similar to the Albrecht AE 2990 which also comes with a 9-cell box as standard... these can be made to fit by shaving the slide rails on the box, but it's not the easiest thing to do. Great little phone
Great little phone, i use it mainly for receiving SMS texts from banks etc, and one charge lasts a week, ideal phone for anyone that needs a mobile but doesn't want the google/facebook/etc tracking that comes with a modern smartphone

Very good for protection, a little tricky to open if you use both the zipper and clasp so maybe more for secure storage than open-it-20-times-a-day use. Very high quality camera bag, i'm happy to keep my stuff in this, and its amazing how much you can get in when packed with sense. I bought one, liked it so much i bought another when the seller relisted. Bought both of mine from 'internetsurplusstock' on ebay, first rate service, very quick
