I ordered a coram shower tray. When it arrived, I removed the outer packaging and checked for completeness and damage. The item was undamaged but I noticed there was only one fasia panel. I needed to fit the tray in a corner so this was a problem. I contacted Complete Distribution who were really helpful. It turned out, I had ordered one for an alcove. It hadn't clicked what an alcove acually was until this issue came up. I then ordered a seperate facia panel from CD. I figured it would be OK to fit the tray while I wait for the second panel. Just before I removed the wrapper, I checked the lip on the tray which is let into the wall and you tile over. There were lips on 3 sides (for an alcove) which would have looked odd as my screen is a corner entry. I called CD and they were really helpful and understanding. They agreed to cancel the second panel and send out the correct tray when they received the wrong tray back from me. Tray is fitted and done. Outstanding - Big Thanks to CD!!

Hi,thought I'd take the oppotunity to let other potential customers know that my transaction with yourselves was pleasant and positive.Yes the item took 10 days to arrive, but I was kept updated.My phone query was responded to very professionally and the item was what I wanted and at a very fair price.The delivery cost was compared to many sellers, very reasonable.So what more could I ask for.(I suppose I could have shopped around for a couple of weeks,spent a fortune in petrol and paid at least another £30 more for the pleasure of buying it in a shop.)I ,for one, am glad that you are trading,thankyou.

I purchased units with built in sink and toilet, the delivery was very quick and they look fabulous. The after sales service is also excellent. First class customer care, a pleasure to do business with.
