We started selling tools to the automotive trade in March 1999 by visiting garages and selling from our mobile shop. We were incorporated in July 2003 and became Concept Tools Ltd. Growing from strength to strength each year. As we reached our fifth year we as a company decided we needed to expand further so that we could offer a quality tool distribution to a wider market and launched our online shop in September 2004. In September 2005 we opened our trade counter on Storforth Lane Trading Estate - Chesterfield, and from there in April 2006 we developed another van to supply a different area of garages with our quality tools.

PayPal – There are two ways in which you can pay via paypal, one being by instant payment, which means that the payment will be with us instantly and the goods will be dispatched out to you the same or next working day. The second being by echeque which takes approximately 7-10 working days for payment to reach us which will delay your item reaching you until we have received payment. Personal Cheques – We accept personal cheques made payable to Concept Tools Ltd, and sent to the address that follows, however please note that due to the cheque having to be presented at the bank there will be a delay of 7-10 Working days from the receipt of the cheque to you receiving your goods. Your orders will be dispatched either by Royal Mail 1st Class Recordered Delivery or by our Courier APC, This depends on the total weight of your order. However both require signatures for traceability & added security.

Concept Tools Ltd must first authorize all returns and an authorization number clearly displayed on all parcels, parcels not displaying an authorization number will not be accepted. Warranty claims are for manufacturing defects not wear and tear, misuse or abuse. Concept Tools will have the final say in all warranty claims. All returns will be at the cost of the customer unless they have been incorrectly delivered or delivered damaged or faulty. If you require returning an unwanted item this may only be done under the following criteria: The item has not been used or removed from its original packaging.
