Lasted for less that a year!
Very disapointed with this, it was good for 11 months, then the bearings ‘collapsed’. Luckily | was able to report that it had become very noisy to Currys just within the 12 month warranty. What if it had been a few weeks later?! It was beyond economical repair due to the tub being sealed, which makes the bearings extreemly hard to replace, unlike in older machines where : the tub isn't glued together, so I'm assuming the entire machine or at least the entire tub, drum assembly is now going to landfill - not good! | exchanged it and paid extra for a Samsung with 5yr warranty. I've now discovered that these aren't made by Kenwood at all, Currys seems to have licenced the name and are badging Chinese made (Midea Group of Guangdong Provice) with the Kenwood brand! I will say Currys did get it sorted with little fuss, very poor communication during the process but they didn't argue about it which Im grateful for
