Terms and conditions apply only if contact is made within 28 days of completed transaction. we do not accept electrical item returns. In the case of used parts---if faulty a refund will be made at my discression---if ordered in error or by mistake a refund may be given less whatever it cost us in a handling/relist charge. If lost or damaged in post a refund may be made subject to a successful claim through the post office. Refunds apply to the cost of the item only and paid postage(if the above criterior is met) and will NOT include any return postal charges from the buyer, items sent back at buyers expense---There is no long term warranty (due to nature of goods ie; used/second hand) unless otherwise stated.
