eBay is a great website to trade, buy and sell any damn thing in the world from 1pence to 1 million£..Its amazing to be on eBay, very friendly and very easy to use. When you purchase any item from me then we both enter a transaction which is covered under Distance Selling Regulations. As with every online transactions, there is an element of risk every buyer and seller takes, but if there is an issue arising from the transaction then PLEASE contact the seller and then decide to leave feedback. PLEASE do not leave adverse/negative feedback without letting the Seller know about it because such feedbacks are not expected and suddenly we are shocked to see one from you, it really hurt sellers big time.There is no harm in sending a small mail about the issue, you may get your money back.Remember, nobody is perfect and NO Seller likes to make money through duping people, they are here to trade successfully and unless you tell them the problems, then they will not improve.

I started with a part-time job at Tescos to learn about retail business, once i graduated then i started my own business on ebay. Future plans is for website soon and entering into Lingerie business as well.

Delivery information
We use second class Royal Mail service as its cheaper and fast. I learnt that there is no difference in first and second class apart from price..its just a business gimmick. Buyers are responsible for CLAIMS for items damaged in transit and Sellers are responsible for CLAIMS for lost item in transit.

Return policy
As long as the item is returned along with ORIGINAL packing, i will accept the item within 12 months. Full refund depends on the situation and reason. I also offer return postage cost if the item is faulty or damaged. Our experience shows that some Buyers return the item but give lame excuses to get full refund, sometimes they say, the box is damaged or the item is of poor quality and so on.. We dont have issues about it.

Negative feedback
Negative and Neutral feedback are most left by New ebayers who think that it is their RIGHT but i request you to think 10 times before leaving such feedbacks, think about the Buyer, think that whether a negative feedback will get your money back or not. It is no fun in leaving negative feedback, first make sure you contacted Buyer nad given him enough time to resolve the issue and then decide about feedback. Please Do Not wake up in the morning and leave a negative feedback, it wont get you anywhere but the Seller may BLOCK you from buying from him. We do not manufacture items ourselves, we buy it from suppliers and sell them on ebay, unless you let us know about the quality we wouldnt know whats wrong but findind that on ebay with negative feedback is disastrous. At the end of the day, we also have families and we do it full time to as source of living, negative feedback seriously hamper trade and ultimately the income, so please be reasonable when you think of leaving a negative.
