Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required must be returned by the customer at their own expense within 7 days of acceptance of your Return request. Goods must be received in mint condition and in their original packaging. A 15% handling fee will apply to returns. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during their return transit. Any goods received damaged or faulty must be reported by ebaY messaging to Cornucopia_europe within 7 days of receipt. We will provide the customer with an authorisation number and goods must be returned by the customer to us. Upon receipt of the return, we will despatch a replacement and refund the return postage cost incurred or will refund the product in full including the original P&P plus return postage cost incurred. Cornucopia_europe cannot be held responsible for any return that is lost or damaged in transit.
