Delivery information
We only charge postage once - It doesn't matter how many items you purchase - Each additional item goes free when paid for together. (excluding custom made watches) When ordering custom made charms, all items will be dispatched together unless additional postage is paid.
Return policy
Returns accepted within 14 days. Buyer to pay return postage and original postage and handling cost refunded at our discretion. Please Note - Custom Made items can only be returned if faulty. Please Remember
Postage cost is more than stamps and a handling charge. It is also includes bubble packing envelope, label, small ziplock bags, ink for the printer and petrol costs to Post Office. All these have to be incorporated into the postage fee. Many thanks for your understanding. You save more if you buy more :o)
