I purchased some next curtains advertised as medium thickness. They were clearly thin curtains and so needed some extra linings. I requested a refund of £10 which I felt was reasonable towards this as they are about £20 to buy and the seller agreed but took days to refund me and only did it when I reminded her and requested my refund. So not a very helpful seller and disappointed with the whole sinario. 😕

Buyer purchased already lined, medium weighted Dunelm curtains as I advertised. Instead of returning the item, she created a false issue and bothered me to gain extra money, which is violates eBay policies.
