From the day the seller despatched the order to the day it arrived was 13 days and the irony is that I live 3 miles away from the seller!! The Royal Mail is desperately poor on deliveries at the moment. I was very pleased with the glitzy alphabet letters and have used some of them for a small name plaque for WOODY my Victorian taxidermy woodpecker! Communication was great from the seller.
