I have returned this ribbon due to bad quality, it is thin and don't fit the purpose. Seller asked to use their evri return system, so the label was not from ebay. The return was delivered but they did not refund. Ebay closed my return due to no record of returned item. I now have to escalate to ebay and waste my time to prove it. I can't believe the seller can do this. Be aware of this seller and make sure you check the return progress. I would never buy from them again.
