Our postage and packing charges include a very small handling fee and all materials used to send your goods to you including padded envelopes, labels, grip seal bags etc. Most of our goods are sent in board backed or padded to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Most embellishment orders fall between £1.20 and £1.60 so remember to request your total if buying multiple items

All non auction items can be returned within 14 days of receipt - unless they are non craft items as these do not form part of our business.
