Hello, welcome to Cray Stamps! Having been a buyer (and seller) of stamps using Ebay for years, I finally decided to take the plunge and start selling stamps for a (part-time) living. My 'personal' Ebay ID has a rating over 800 - 100% positive.

Commonwealth stamps. For the most part mint stamps only, but there is a small amount of fine used material too.

Why do I insist on recorded delivery? I want my customers to have a positive experience. Sadly, ordinary post gets lost - even recorded delivery gets lost, but the difference is that it is more likely to be found if compensation might be payable. Strange that. If you've paid for stamps for your collection, I want you to get them. If you don't, it's going to leave a bad taste, even when I'm not to blame. So, recorded delivery? It looks after both of us.

If there's anything not as described, return it within 14 days in the same condition for a full refund PLUS your postage costs. If we made a mistake, you shouldn't be out of pocket. Not many dealers do this. If you made a mistake, or you just dont want them after all, we will gladly accept them back (again, in the same condition, within 14 days). However, a lot of time goes into preparing items for auction and sending them out to customers. Therefore, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% out of your refund.
