We collect card and paper, we have a vast array of card paper vellum foils and fabric card. We also collect craft equipment and are constantly adding new items as they are available, high tech and low tech!!

Most of items are posted within 24 hours, apart from wedding stationery, samples are posted within 3 days as they are all hand made to order. Orders take between 2 - 4 weeks but clients are advised before purchase of the delivery time for their prospective order.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. A refund of the purchase price or replacement item is offered. Please contact usprior to return for details. The cost of returning the item is also refunded if returned in original condition.

We have a number of staff with various roles, here are a couple of the key staff working on ebay orders Nicola - boxes are her speciality but she also assembles keepsakes Lisa - the diecutting queen, she is responsible for the very generous die cut orders (she appears to have a problem when it comes to the machines and tends to make far too many, good for customers however!) Lisa also prepares the keepsake 'parts' ready for assembling Kayleigh - handles most of the post as well as creating the listings you see on ebay Kandy - the designer, as well as everything else that needs doing and nobody else wants to do! This is what we call being the boss
