My name is Mark. I am 56. From North London, I live in Greater Manchester. I have worked in marketing and youth sports. I now trade football/cricket memorabilia through my Ebay Shop and write on my blog website. Both are called GoalsandWickets.

Football and Cricket memorabilia - Annuals, Books, Handbooks, Magazines, Programmes, Wisdens.

All of the above but especially, 1950's Football programmes, F.A. Cup Final programmes, Rothmans Football Yearbooks, Cricket programmes and Wisden Cricketers' Almanacks.

1963. I was 7. Leicester City lost the Cup Final. I cried. Wes Hall and Charlie Griffith bowled very fast. I was inspired. At 11, a boy possesed, I scored goals and took wickets. By 15, still obsessed, I had played for the county at cricket and the district at football. By 18, after captaining all the teams, I went off to Liverpool University. More football, cricket and captaincy. In my 20's, I played football for Winchmore Hill (SAL) and Burgess Hill Town (Sussex County League). In cricket, I played for Finchley C.C. (Middlesex League). Turning to tennis, I became a tennis coach and taught many kids. Then my knees went. Agh! My sport connection is now online as I buy/sell memorabilia. I also write a blog on blogspot called GoalsandWickets too. I may play again. But I've been lucky. I can still enjoy sport. I have fantastic memories. Its been a great life in sports and a great journey, so far........

12 years working with American Express in the U.K., Middle East, Switzerland and Australia, marketing their cards, travellers cheques and travel services. 14 years with David Lloyd Leisure in S.W London, building and running a huge junior tennis programme, teaching 750 kids a week. Now buying and selling football and cricket memorabilia through my Ebay Shop, GoalsandWickets.

Paypal is preferred. But I will definately accept Cheques and Postal Orders.

I try to price the postage and packing for items at just above the cost of the actual postage and the packing materials. I use good cardboard stiffened mailers wherever possible. I definately offer multiple purchase postage discounts.

10 day return policy if buyers are not happy.

I like to keep contact through the Ebay e-mail system. If anyone has a question before bidding, I will answer it. If anyone has a question after buying, I will answer it. If anyone is unhappy with their item after receiving it, I have a refund policy and will do whatever I can to keep the buyer happy.

A piece of memorabilia can make a different and special present to a loved one or a friend for their birthday or celebration. Remind your loved one of special times when they first fell in love with their sport and/or team and/or star player.
