Hi im Steve from Portmouth Cycle Exchange, we are a family run bicycle shop that has been in the trade for over 30 years. We have a repair and showroom shop located in Portsmouth and a new website We are now adding our excellent items to eBay!

Things I sell

Mountain&ATB, Hybrid, Kids, BMX, Urban&Commuter, Heritage&Comfort, Road, Trekking, Suspension, Fixed Wheel, Dirt Jump, Shopper, Folding, Tandem, Scooters, Parts & Accessories and much more.

Portsmouth Cycle Exchange has been trading as a family run bicycle shop in Southsea Portsmouth for over 30 years. We have a new website www.cycle-exchange.co.uk sell on ebay and amazon and have 2 large shops.

Payment policy

Paypal, Cash on collection or in store, Credit cards accepted through the store or website service.

Delivery information

All items incl VAT, Most bikes include P&P, other bikes will have the postage displayed clearly as will parts and accessories. Items will be sent via courier or royal mail and may arrive seperatley. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels but usually will arrive within 1-3 working days.

Return policy

If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the delivery note (as proof of purchase)Please post by using your own courier,include the details of why it is being returned, along with your customer order number and your personal details. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost.If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 7 days, providing your details are included with the items returned. For faulty items, we will, upon receipt of the item, examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement item, arrange a repair or refund your money within 7 days. Some eBay items will be non returnable like secondhand or selected models
