Although the selection here is deliberately limited to bringing you the latest deals and bargains, my E-Bay store is nothing less than internet access to my fully stocked store in Crystal Palace so if you don't see what you want, contact me and I'll make sure it's made available for you.

Orders paid for by cheque will be assigned for delivery within 48 hours of cheque clearance. CONFIRMING CUSTOMER IDENTITY & CREDIT CARD FRAUD----: Due to global credit card fraud, we reserve the right to confirm our customers identity via phone, fax or e-mail. A legitimate e-mail address and phone number is required on all orders in the event we need to contact a customer to confirm order, payment or delivery information. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not include an active e-mail address and contact phone number regardless of whether or not the order is approved by any of the major credit card companies.

HOW WE DELIVER----:D'Solos usually uses ParcelForce to deliver your order to your door. This is of course recorded delivery to ensure your package gets to you. Orders are shipped at the end of the week en masse and received by our customers within 5-7 business days depending on the product ordered. We reserve the right to change your shipping method at any time to keep your shipping cost to a minimum and assure the safety of your order. WHERE WE DELIVER----: At the moment we only deliver to mainland UK although this may change in the future. Our apologies to people outside of the UK. DELIVERY COSTS----: Delivery charges are dependent on the product(s) ordered although they are clearly stated with your order so the value you are paying at the checkout includes postage and packing fees.

RETURNS----: You may return most merchandise within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price for the product less delivery charges. We also do not except refunds on any products that have been subject to attempted fitting. We honour refunds if the following guidelines are met: (1)The product must be in its original packaging. (2)The original invoice for purchase must accompany the product being returned. (3)The product must be returned in packaging that protects it from damage in transit and received in re-usable condition in our warehouse. (4)You must notify us to receive a return authorisation number via email at dennis@d-solos.com. Please mention details on what items you are returning and why you want a refund. Refunds will not be honoured for products that have been damaged, defective or are not the identical product that was initially shipped.
