Payment policy
All goods must be paid for within 5days of the close or Buy it Now.
Payment is accepted 24/7 by PayPal.
Non payments will be referred to eBay for action by them.
All prices include VAT at 15%.A VAT receipt can be submitted.

Delivery information
1) General terms
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment,
your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Please allow extra time if you place an order after 2pm on the day
D VISION UK Ltd sells primarily into the UK and Republic of Ireland.
All Goods are shipped by courier such as DHL.
A signature is required. The couriers will make 3 attempts to deliver
Goods are only shipped to the billing address.
Please note we require a ' Confirmed ' Paypal address on the Payment
Note : Delivery from warehouse only. No collection or pick-up available.
2) Postal charges
It depends on the product and regions. We use courier such as DHL or Royalmail or Interlink etc.
Return policy
Refunds and Replacement will be given for items not as described, including faulty, on return of the item.
However we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Cancelled orders are returned at the buyer’s expense.
Goods bought at auction are sold as seen and are exempt from our returns policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7days from the time of delivery
and we will do all we can to meet customer’s satisfaction.
We are unable to accept as an exchange or a return for a refund, any item that has had
it's sealed packaging opened. This does not apply to faulty.
If you wish to exchange or refund for some reason please do not open the packaging
