Item was very late and had no tracking information, so I opened a case. Seller then got around to sending item, and case was closed once item was received. Seller, as illustrated in his word screed above above, was mildy unhinged and abusive through the whole process, so he got a negative feedback.

Far better than the basic models
Long been a fan of Nespresso, and I had a basic machine before this one. The Citz is better, though - it can take a tall mug properly, unlike the entry level machines, and it has a larger water tank. Brew time seems to be a bit quicker as well.

A cracking Windows computer
Surface Go 2 is an amazingly portable and surprisingly capable tablet, provided you combine it with a type cover. The 4GB version is OK but the 8GB version is much better, in terms of responsiveness. The build quality and screen sharpness are also excellent - for the money, you might get a laptop with a faster processor, but you won’t get a better put together unit.

Brilliant portable scanner
I use this to process my expenses receipts while I work away. It is brilliant for this - good battery life, plenty of memory for loads of scans, and good software on the PC. It is much less faff doing receipts this way rather than using a scanning app on my phone. It comes with a stout case, and is just as big as it needs to be. A modern miracle!
