Payment options will vary depending on which online store you are purchasing your item from. All items ordered through our eBay store are only payable via pay pal. Pay pal is one of the safest and quickest ways to purchase items online and we are a pay pal verified trader.
Once we have received your payment we will then dispatch your order. All items are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Any orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be dispatched first thing Monday. Most items placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be sent same day.
We will only send items to your registered eBay address and under no circumstances can we send to alternative addresses. If you would like your item sent to an alternative address, please upload this information to your eBay buying account before making your purchase.
Most items are sent via Royal Mail packet post, unless your item is over a particular weight or size in which case it will be sent with a suitable courier. Delivery times are estimates only and please allow slightly longer around national holidays. We will always try our best to get your item to you as quickly as possible, however if your item does not turn up please wait 10 working days before reporting a failed delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item we will accept a request to return any product, providing your request to return is made within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be sent back to us in a perfect and re-saleable condition in order for you to qualify for a full refund. We are also unable to reimburse any postage charges which you may incur whilst returning your item.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately after receiving delivery and we will arrange a replacement providing we have a suitable replacement in stock. If we do not have a replacement to offer you, we will arrange for the item to come back to us and issue you with a full refund. We will then send the item back to the manufacture on your behalf.
