History/background
Hello & welcome to Dainty Jewellery. My name is Carolyn and I am a married mother of two. I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself and Dainty Jewellery. I set up my own company Dainty Jewellery after I was made redundant in August (2010). I was six months pregnant at the time I was made redundant, so I didn't believe that there would be many employment opportunities for me. I set up my own business selling womens and girls costume jewellery (necklaces, bracelets, earrings etc...), hair accessories (hair flowers, clips, slides etc...) and womens accessories (scarves, bags etc...) through my Ebay store. I always try to offer a friendly personal service as I want my customers to shop with me again and my jewellery and accessories are competitively priced. If you're planning a special occasion and you can't find what you're looking for please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to help.

Payment policy
We accept Paypal and Cheques

Delivery information
I aim to post items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Postage is from 85p and is by Royal Mail First or Second Class Delivery. I offer combined postage discounts, free P & P on some products and free delivery on orders over £50 pounds. Delivery is approx 3 - 6 working days on clearance of payment. Items are always packaged in brand new packaging. A packing slip is included with sales details on. I always obtain proof of postage and will update Paypal with any tracking info.

Return policy
At Dainty Jewellery I want you to be pleased with your purchase. Our products and manufacturers are carefully selected and I think you will love the quality of what I offer. In the event that your purchase is not exactly what you wanted, what I ask is that you return the product(s) in a condition that you would want them delivering to you. I accept returns within 7 working days of delivery to you. Please contact me first via email prior to returning any products. Returns must be sent via a trackable method and you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the products are damaged. Products must be returned with their original tags and packaging.
