For the last 9 years I have worked for two major retailers in the UK. Education wise, my back ground is in Business and IT with a specialisation in web design and multimedia.

I accept Paypal and this is my normal payment method. I don't normally accept other payment methods, if you cannot access paypal you should email me and I may consider alternative payment methods depending on the situation and the item in question.

I only normally ship to the UK but I will consider shipping internationally. This will largely depend on what I am selling and the costs involved with international shipping. You should email me your location if you want me to ship internationally so I can find out prices for shipping to your location.

I will accept returns for most products if they are faulty. Items such as underwear and body piercing jewellerey cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. I do check every item before it is shipped so if I believe that you have misused or damaged the product then I will not issue a refund. Items can and do sometimes get damaged during postage, if this is the case you should take this up with the postal service that delivered the item. If they are not very helpful then contact me and I will see what I can do from my end.
