Poor battery connector
As seems to be the case with every food probe I've purchased so far, the battery connector broke away After only a couple of months use.
Note: The battery compartment hadn't even been opened prior to investigating why it wasn't working.

Style over content.
These ear pods look the business and have lovely packaging but the audio jack wouldn't click into phone properly and if held in place the sound was awful . Also one of the buttons fell off the first time I pressed it.
