BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA:
Customs and Declarations forms require your complete phone number. This is to inform you that the package is in customs, in case it gets inspected. Please send me your phone number at time of payment.
Delivery information
I almost always ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, and don't charge you outrageous shipping charges. You enter your zip code (or country and postal code) in the item listing to calculate the postage you will require.
Although I package very carefully you may wish to purchase shipping insurance for your item. You will have the choice of purchasing insurance in the payment screen.
I believe we live in a free country, where you should be allowed to make your own decisions. Because of that, I give you the option of choosing insurance and your preferred shipment method
Return policy
We will accept return of the goods only if said goods fail to meet the description listed on our eBay listing. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt for return authorization and is responsible for all shipping charges. No returns accepted without prior authorization. We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid. We will normally respond to emails within 24 hours.

Lost in the Mail
If you decide that you don't want to purchase shipping insurance; and your package DOES get lost in the mail; don't be like user njv4285 (careful if you deal with him)
He purchased an item from me; I shipped it; USPS tracked it; then lost it; I obviously did not lose it. I obviously shipped it. He wants me to refund his money. I am sorry, but that is why shipping insurance exists.
Feedback
Once you are satisfied with the product and our service, please indicate that our transaction is finished by leaving positive feedback. As soon as that happens, we will do the same for you.

One reason sellers wait until a buyer has left feedback is they take the feedback as the signal that the buyer is satisfied with the purchase and no further customer support is needed.
