Prefered method pay pal also accept postal order & cheques.Cheques do take time to clear so items will be sent out as soon as cheque has cleared.
Delivery information
All post cost include packading as well as the actual post costs i:e - brown paper, brown bags, bubble wrap, cellotape, black sacks,jifey bags all sizes, mailing bags, return address labels.
Post costs will vary due to the size of the item and how much packadging it will need.Also i need to take time out to deliver all parcels and packadge them up alot more goes into postage costs than just the cost of a stamp.
I try to be as fair as possible with post costs,and combine costs when possible for a discount.
I always get a receipt for postage in case of items going missing.I do pride myself on my quick deliverys i try and post items the day after payment recieved (except cheques).
Once i have posted items the delivery time is then in the hands of royal mail which we all no can be either good or bad.
Return policy
If an item is faulty or damadged i will do everything i can to resolve the situation.

I am very proud of my 100% feedback (WELL WAS UNTILL EBAY DECIDED TO COUNT NETURALS AS NEGATIVES AND KNOCKED MY PERCENT DOWN.).i try and make sure all my byers are happy and that i myself am a good byer,and that all my items are as accuratly described as possible,but i am only human and mistakes can be made.If you have any problems at all with any of my items you have bought from me please contact me before leaving negative feedback as i will always sort out any issues. Negative feedback should be used as a last resort if the seller is unwilling to help or does not respond to your problem.I communicate well with my byers and sellers and always answer my messages as quickly and as helpfully as possible.

non paying bidders
Please,please if you do not intend to pay for an item then please do not bid on it or press bye now and then not pay for it.It really does cause so many problems for the seller having to keep sending invoices and reminders,then having to submit a non paying bidders appeal which ends up with the byer getting a strike.
I do not like having to do this but have had to do so on a few occasions,i was very patient and followed every option first before giving the non paying bidders strike,i dont jump straight to that as soon as i dont recieve payment in the allocated time.If you contact me and need more time to pay then i will help , but most of the time they usually dont.
I hate having to leave negative feedback but will do for an non paying bidder once i have followed all options as its only fair to warn other sellers , but i will always be fair in my feedback and just tell the truth. So PLEASE if you do not intend to or cant pay then do not bid, thankyou.
