The majority of items I sell are for girls and ladies like myself (surely I can't be the only one!), and almost all have some sort of 'bling' theme, without being cheap or tacky. When I'm old and grey, I will probably still be wearing anything (and everything) that sparkles and be referred to by locals as the 'eccentric' or batty old lady at No.11.
My items for sale include: Tattoo & biker t-shirts & leggings with rhinestones, good quality costume jewellery + tights, ankle & over the knee socks, hold ups and stockings with bows, diamante, fishnet or some other appealing decoration.
I hope visitors to my listings like my items as much as I do, and for anyone that buys I will do everything I can to ensure a smooth sale. I keep postage costs to a minimum and post daily (except Sundays) & am happy to combine postage for 2 or more items. Many of my listings also offer free postage for purchases of items or more from my shop.
Prompt payment is appreciated and should be made within 5 days of a purchase or at the end of an auction. If I haven't heard anything I will send a courtesy reminder after 4 days, but after 7 days will begin the process to recover fees if I do not hear from the buyer. Buyers will be kept informed.
I am happy to accept payment via Paypal, personal cheque, postal order or bank deposit (Sterling or Euro), international bank transfer or money orders.
Items will be posted within 1 business day of receiving payment and buyers will receive a confirmation email.
I try where possible to offer free p&p, but when packing materials are required to ensure adequate protection during transit these are reflected in the postage cost, although packaging is re-used where possible to keep costs as low as possible.
A certificate of Postage is obtained for all items sent.
Please contact if you wish to have insurance or special delivery, or you can check the Royal Mail website for costs.
I usually post only within the UK and Europe, but am happy to make exceptions for an extra postage cost, please email me or check for international postage costs prior to bidding/buying.
Postage costs are combined on multiple purchases for both U.K. and European customers when checkout is completed in a single transaction. Some items offer free postage for orders of two or more items, however this is restricted to addresses in the UK only.
I understand that buyers may need to return products so returns are accepted within 7 days. Please ensure that they are returned in original packaging with details of the fault, or any errors made by the seller included and an exchange will be made. In the case of items returned without faults, or where no errors have been made in the order by Diamante Heaven, the cost of the item only is refunded, not postage costs. With fur snoods, scarves sizes are given on the individual listings & returns will not be accepted based on size issues. If the item is not as it should be, please just let me know and I will do my best to sort it out or send a replacement. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on an item where a customer does not have proof of posting should the item not arrive. No refund will be offered for items that that have been worn or are not in original packaging. In cases of a fault, non fitting item, or item not received, a replacement (if available) will be sent.
My priority is to have a happy customer at the end of the day so I try to provide a high level of quality and service but if a mistake has been made, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll do what I can to solve the problem.
I endeavour to answer all messages as soon as possible so if you have any queries, please let me know and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Once buyers have received items I would be grateful if feedback could be left to confirm delivery.
I aim to provide an excellent service to keep the customers satisfied so please leave feedback via eBay and I will do the same for buyers.
Negative feedback is obviously something I wish to avoid so if buyers have any problems or questions, I am always willing to try and reasonably resolve any issues raised as quickly as possible and would ask that contact be made with me before leaving any type of feedback.
