I've been a florist for over 20 years. I have had a stall at The Whitby Goth Weekend in April & October for the last 12 years selling my Gothic headdresses etc. My e.bay shop is fairly new but I have been selling oddments for over a year now.

I prefer PAYPAL, but I will accept cheques by arrangement- please contact me for details. Goods will only get sent out after payment has cleared.

Postage costs vary depending on size/ weight of item. I try to be fair! I will combine postage if more than one item are bought. Discounts may be offered for multiple items-please enquire.(this will depend on individual items & cost/ quantity)

Unfortunately I cannot offer a returns policy on headdresses due to hygiene reasons.Please be careful when ordering headdresses- make sure all details are clear! I will try to deal with any complaints fairly, any items returned must be done so within 7 days of receipt and be in proper packaging and original condition!

Feedback is valuable!! Please leave feedback (hopefully positive!!)so I know what you thought of your item & the service! This helps me by giving prospective buyers confidence in my service. Also if on the remote chance something has gone wrong I can rectify it!! When ordering, please give me as much information as possible!! If it's a wedding order I will need- 1)the date of your wedding so I can allow plenty of time to make it & send it to you. 2)I will need an idea of your height and the length / width you want your bouquet. 3)Your colour scheme (samples can be sent)& flower choice. 4)Quantity of bridesmaids, their age/size & type of bouquet etc 5)Number of Buttonholes/corsages etc. FRESH FLOWERS ARE AVAILABLE BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT BUT WILL BE LIMITED TO DELIVERY WITHIN BIRMINGHAM AREA OR BUYER TO COLLECT! When ordering HEADDRESSES please give as much detail as poss regarding colours, preferred flowers, proportions etc.
