The shipping prices we advertise in our listings are the exact price we pay for shipping. We only advertise prices for posting to Mainland UK and encourage bidders outside Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands) to contact us prior to bidding to avoid any future disappointment and so you can make a more informed choice when buying items from our shop..

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR's) we will accept returns claims within 7 working days after the day on which you receive your item(s). In the unlikely event that you do wish to return an item, please contact us via eBay Messages to request a Returns Authorisation Number. Any items returned without an RA number and completed returns slip may experience a delay in processing. You must return the package in it's entirety at your expense and we recommend using a service with tracking for your security. We would also recommend obtaining proof of posting which you should retain until you receive your refund. Once we receive your item we shall issue a refund within 3 working days. This does not apply to items collected by you or a representative of you from our premises.
