I've been riding, building and repairing Harley's since 1967. This is our only business and we take it seriously - We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. We strive to accurately and honestly list items with as much detail as possible. We don't sell new parts and will never list a product as such. We hope to earn your business now or in the future.

Our payment terms are cleared payment within 7 days of auction end. Engines and frames are 3 days from auction end unless prior arrangements are made. We accept Paypal only and within the payments terms noted above. Items are relisted on the 8th day following auction end at our discretion or we may choose to file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay.

Shipment takes place immediately following receipt of your cleared payment. We use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) and UPS Ground (1-7 day delivery). UPS Freight is used for engines. We also honor requests for overnight, 2nd & 3rd day shipments and can quote you upon request. Shipping is made same day if cleared payment is received prior to 1:00 pm (est) Monday - Friday and on Saturday if cleared payment is received prior to 9:00 am (est). Engine and frames require 24 hours after cleared payment for paperwork processing and carrier notification. We charge only what it costs to ship - no hidden fees. When considering any shipping charges, please keep in mind that it would probably cost you more in gas to go out and search for your item than it costs me to ship. We take great care in packing your items and have a 99.9% rate of shipping without damage.

Unless listed otherwise in individual listings, you may return your item within 3 days of receipt for shipping damage. We do require photos of the damage and packaging material for a refund. You will be advised as to whether you should dispose of the item or whether a prepaid return label will be sent to you. If we tell you a part will fit your bike and it doesn't, you will also be refunded and a return prepaid label will be sent to you.

We simply ask that before you leave feedback, you give us the opportunity to make it right. Feedback is left for you as soon as payment is received and we ship. We reserve the right to end any auction if the item is no longer available for sale. We also reserve the right to cancel bids if you have a history of unpaid items, derogatory feedback or insufficient feedback history, at our discretion.
