Delta Bikes is a small friendly business run by Paul Dickerson and Jonathan Ridout, both of whom have been keen cyclists for 15 years each.

Most aspects of cycling! Paul enjoys XC and BikeTrials and Jon partakes in XC, BikeTrials, Road Racing and has just started to use the Newport Velodrome.

Delta Bikes core work includes cycle repair and servicing in Bristol and South Gloucestershire and also the sale of parts and accessories through e-commerce. We are based in the town of Cam, Gloucestershire and have been trading since 2007.

We are able to take debit and credit card payments quickly and easily over the phone on 01453 545480. Alternatively we can accept PayPal, personal cheque or postal order.

Items are almost always dispatched within 24 hours. Most items are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail meaning that you will receive your goods within 1-2 working days. All the items we sell are held in stock. We NEVER sell items that we do have.

We have endeavoured to make our returns policy as simple and as fair as possible. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. You have the right to cancel any order or return any goods which may have been dispatched up to 7 days after receipt. We are afraid that we cannot cover or reimburse postage costs unless we have made a mistake. We ask that any returns are sent back in the original unopened packaging and are unused and in their original condition. We also request that you record delivery as we cannot refund or exchange goods which are lost in the post when returned to us.
