We are a local Opticians that has been trading since 1990. We have now gone online and want to give our great offers to all ebay users. We have long standing relationships with Luxottica, Safilo and Marcolin, three of the largest Italian manufacturers of designer frames. We only stock new and genuine frames and pride ourselves on our customer service offering friendly and honest advice. As well as stocking designer glasses, we also have many spare parts and accessories, so please contact us with any requirements.

We accept paypal or cheques.

We post 1st class recorded delivery. We also post globaly.

Returns If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is returned within 14 days of despatch date, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. We will deduct the cost of prescription lenses (if there are any). Refunds If you decide to return any products £6.00 will be deducted from your refund for every item returned. This is purely to cover our postage and packaging. If your frame has prescription lenses, then the cost of these will also be deducted. Exchange On exchanges £3.00-£6.00 will be requested to cover outward postage on your replacement product. We will also deduct the cost of any prescription lenses. We recommend you return all unwanted items by insured Recorded Delivery post, as designer- glasses cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
