I did not know what to put in this bit, so I asked my partner how he would describe me and he said honest, open and reliable....which pleased me somewhat! I do try and sell with honesty and integrity, but I do make mistakes!

I sell a lot of jewellery, mostly vintage, but some newer bits as well, I also sell collectables, my knowledge is limited, but my passion is extreme! I think I have probably sold Worldwide and I am pleased to say most of my selling experiences have been positive with one or two exceptions!

I buy all sorts, bits for the home, some jewellery (mostly items to keep)

I collect vintage jewellery, my passion is for the real sparkly bits, costume and fine.

Very few, I don't much care for TV!

My work background is mainly office based and I have worked in diverse areas, from solicitors to local radio! I spent 10 years working in local radio, and loved it! I worked in customer services and sales and therefore I believe I have a good working knowledge of customer service. I believe the customer is always right and will go out of my way to ensure anyone buying from me has a good and positive experience. However I can only do this if people communicate!

PAYPAL, Personal cheque, postal orders. I DO NOT accept money orders or payments in any other currency but UK Pounds Sterling.

I charge flat rate Postage with a small amount for packaging materials. I will combine postage costs on items, but if you are buying multiple items I would ask you limit it to 7 days.

I will refund for items not as described and damaged in post (I do require proof, photograph or return of item) I will not refund for buyer remorse, its an auction and you set the price, not me!
