1，it has been used, not as list described new. 2, arrived defected. not function at all 3, seller issue 2kg return label instead of 18kg make me failed to return and bring heavy parcel back home. 4, seller received return parcel but didn't refund the money and wait for the return case to past the final deadline. Dealing with this case is the nightmare for me, I almost call Ebay support team everyday! I will never ever buy things from this seller again!!!

The pushchair advertised was not the one I received. I was after the City version & this is not that. It also has a big stain on the hood. £8 was offered as compensation, never received, but I highly doubt that would cover fees to return. Very disappointed & wasted my money.
