Digicare was founded in July 2004 as a major authorised repair centre for Samsung Electronics (UK). In November 2008 DIGICARE expanded its operation to premises in Oldbury.

Return policy
We will only accept returns and give refunds on faulty goods and not the condition of the item if the product you purchase is a graded product.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Digicare UK requires you to send a notice of cancellation in writing or by Email within 7 working days, starting the day after your item has been delivered. Your return must be sent at your own cost. If the product is lost or damaged in transit back to Digicare UK, we cannot be held responsible. All returned goods must be in As Good as New condition with as much of the original packaging intact as possible. All of the box and packaging must be intact. All accessories must be unopened including remotes, manuals and batteries. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. Any free gifts or accessories must also be returned unused.
