We unfortunately have had two negative feedback which have tarnished our 100% record. We would like to explain that the two negative feedback were left from two people who, even though all money was refunded!

Please contact us if you have any fears or concerns as we are more than willing to explain what happened,unfortunately Ebay rules and regulations offer sellers little or no protection when selling and sellers are often left in a difficult situation when things go wrong. As a seller we are trust worthy, with regards to our two negative feedback, we have refunded both buyers in full without any hesitation. Regarding the lip gloss we even allowed the buyer to keep the lip gloss even though a full refund was given by us. Regarding the laptop sale, the buyer made demands after the auction ended that was outside the terms of the sale, and as the buyer was unwilling to accept the original terms of the auction, we had no choice but to refund their money. Unfortunately in both instances, the policy of Ebay has made it impossible for us to defend ourselves, and has left us looking like the villain, when in reality we have done our upmost to adhere to ebay rules and offer an enjoyable auction.
