All stock is held in our Warehouse based in the East Midlands, and all items are ready and awaiting to be despatched via courier.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier for larger items. And all stock is held in our warehouse based in the East Midlands and is usually despatched the same day we receive payment.

For products that hold a manufacturer waranty, please go straight to the manufacturer for replacement items, they normally can resolve the matter quicker than us. All other items have a 14 day RTB Warranty, unless specified in the listing , and must be returned to us with the original packaging, manuals, driver CD's etc. For more info please contact us.
