This is a very well seller , If I ask her about the delivery , she will help me to check asap . This time I saw the seller provide me delivery number , unfortunately DHL mixed up send to wrong address , she help me solve the problem very fast but the DHL is very slow solve the problem . Finally due to the DHL cannot arrive on time she gave me refund and say sorry with me . Hope in the future I can buy your shop product again . Thank you

I am absolutely not a fraud eBayer - check out all my previous feedback. I sent the items out via a next day courier (free of charge to the buyer) the courier had put an incorrect address label on the package. The courier company was contacted as the tracking number highlighted an incorrect address. I kept in contact with the buyer. I am still in the process of retrieving the package. The buyer has received a full refund. I am out of pocket due to the courier
