She claims it took 2 weeks to get out to her. 1st she did not send any payment for a few days. 2nd she then sent a CHEQUE! not bankers draft. 3rd we do not bank chequers every day as not many people pay using this method anymore. 4th we had to wait for it to clear before sending the goods out because as she was quite awkward we thought she could stop the cheque at any moment. We did everything by the book and was very courteous to this very rude obnoxious person. She had all her facts wrong about payments and just hassled the staff here from day one. Looking back they are the sort of folk that would leave negative anyway, just out of spite.

In August 2005 we become the sole U.K. importer for Winbo auto accessories. You can buy with confidence knowing that 2008 will be our 5th year of selling Winbo products, with many years prior to this selling 4x4 accessories by mail order to the U.K. and Europe. Since then we have gone from strength to strength and are now one of the market leaders in this counrty. We still hold to the values that we had in the beginning. Our formula is simple - we buy high quality products in large volumes at the best prices; then we pass these savings on to you! For most items delivery to U.K. mainland is within 5 working days from when we receive cleared payment.

We take great pride in our products and have thousands of satisfied customers. If you are not totally satisfied with your product though, you need to notify us within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods. You will then need to send them back to us for a full refund. The product has to be in a resalable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched, knocked, battered etc. You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession and, if you are returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that Direct4x4 receives them and that they are not damaged in transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed or do not carry the correct postage, and become damaged as a result, Direct4x4 may have a claim against you. For this reason all items returned must be repackaged in a comparable way that they were delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you insure the return delivery.
