Delivery information
We try and post everything within 48 working hours of your order. We mostly achieve this as you can see from our feedback.
If you dont choose the registered postal option (which is a little more expensive) then we cannot be held responsible for losses within the postal system. We will evidence the Paypal postage labels for you to pursue the carrier. Please choose registered postal options if you want to be certain of receipt of item. We will re-send any item immediately, so long as we still have it in stock, and pursure any claim with lost items that have been paid by registered post.
Return policy
Returns accepted in accordance with long distance selling regulations (UK).
Customer must return the item in an unused perfect condition, in original packaging within 14 days. customer must notify us by email or post and received confirmation in return. There will be no refund if this is not the case, and a further postage change will be made before returning the goods to you. If you want more information about our products please ask before buying, We are happy to supply it, in the form of details or further photos. Postage charges will not be refunded.
A £2.00 re-stocking charge per item may be applied depending on circumstances of return at Sellers discretion.
