I started buying overstock items and selling them on ebay. It actually started because I was tired of paying so much for my daughter's clothing. It then expanded into clothing for the entire family, then accessories. I'm known to through in a free item from time to time. It may be a necklace, pair of earrings, wallet, scarf or something else. It's always nice to get something unexpected with an order. I really do enjoy working with all of my customers. Our products are stored in a smoke free and pet free office space. Since we've expanded, and I know have a part-time helper, it allows us to offer even more products to our customers while still keeping our prices low. We keep our clothing stored on either plastic hangers or folded up in ziptop bags. Sweaters and other more delicate items, are bagged in ziptop bags to keep their shape rather than being hung. We are in the process of converting everything to being stored in ziptop bags to ensure items do not collect any

We offer free shipping on almost all of our items shipped to the United States including APO addresses. We ship items worldwide (except Brazil) and offer combined discounted shipping to international shoppers. Items are packaged for shipping the following morning, after I have dropped kids off at school. Because we are centrally located, items are usually received very quickly. If you check my feedback, our customers are ALWAYS very pleased with our shipping time.

I have a no hassle return policy. I accept returns/exchanges within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping. The item must be returned in the original condition. I recently added a 15% restocking fee to help keep our prices low. This helps offset the cost of shipping materials and time involved in originally shipping the item out, relisting fees, etc.

Even though we are small, we strive to give you the products that you want at an affordable price. We package our items carefully. We had some issues early in 2012 with a few belts arriving scratched, so we have now beefed up our packing of belts to prevent this from happening.
