I have been selling on eBay since 2001 and consider myself a responsible eBayer. A quick look at my feedback record will immediately reassure you that you can BID WITH CONFIDENCE. I also pride myself in providing clear photographs and honest descriptions of what I am selling so there will be no surprises when you get your item(s) delivered (one of the reasons why hundreds of people have left positive feedback for me).
Payment policy
Full payment is required within 7 days of my auction completing. I reserve the right to file an UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE if a buyer fails to meet my payment deadline & terms. See each individual auction for those payment methods I accept.
Delivery information
All CD & DVD orders are despatched in padded [jiffy] envelopes whilst larger items will be sent in boxes all aimed to help protect your items from damage in the postal system. Despatch will usually occur within 2-3 working days from receipt of cleared payment. A proof of posting certificate is then obtained for all item(s) that are despatched.
Basic shipping costs are stated at auction. If an item sells for £20 (UK Pounds) or above insured/recorded mail rates will be applied [this is to ensure that high value items are sufficiently protected in the postal system].

Return policy
All items are in working order/as described at auction. Thus, all sales are final.
